What we do

Heavy Forming

Heavy metal forming on hydraulic presses from 150 to 1,500 tonnes. Seven presses for cold and hot forming. Geometries up to DN 600, wall thickness up to 100 mm, single part weight up to 1,000 kg.

Hydroforming

In-house hydroforming line for complex hollow components. Tees, Y-fittings and custom formed parts from special alloys. Rare combination of material and process expertise in Europe.

Special Alloys

Processing of stainless steel, duplex, super duplex and nickel-based alloys. Full traceability per EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2. Material qualification for safety-critical applications.
